Bobby Joseph Wagner, an American football inside linebacker with the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams, was born on June 27, 1990.

On January 14, 2012, Wagner accepted his invitation to take part in the 2012 Senior Bowl. Since Chris Cooley in 2004, he was the first Utah State player to participate in the match. On January 28, 2012, Wagner took part in the Senior Bowl for the North squad, led by Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier and won 23-13 over the South team with 22 total tackles and an interception. He received votes for both North’s Most Outstanding Player and Senior Bowl MVP.

Wagner was given a pass to the NFL Scouting Combine, but he was unable to go because of pneumonia.
